A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York, Chef Meltzer has worked for such organizations as Hyatt hotels, Windjammer Barefoot Cruises, and Bill's Catering. His personal approach ensures that the culinary desires of every customer are wonderfully fulfilled.
