How much will it cost?
The price of your event will depend on your individual order: the level of service, menu choices, choice of china, location, and the number of guests. Holidays and the timing of the event may affect the cost. You will receive a proposal with the total fee before you make any final decisions.

Will you cater for any number of guests?
Service is available for parties of two to several hundred.

What dates do you have available?
The busy season is from September through June; book early to ensure your reserved date. Michael's Catering is usually closed during the summer months of July and August.

Can I see your menus?
Individual items are listed on this web site. We custom-design each proposal from these dishes and more. New and trendy menus can also be created on an individual basis.

What areas do you service?
South Florida, Dade and Broward Counties normally. For very special events, we may travel as far north as West Palm Beach or as far south as Key Largo.

Where do you get your equipment?
We use Panache, a high-quality company that offers a wide range of china, linen, and equipment for all rentals. You are also welcome to use your own rental company or your own china if you prefer.
